We established Minserve in 1989 with the aim of gathering together people with proven track records and the broadest possible skills and experience base. We wanted to offer our clients a personalised service covering every aspect of mining project development and operation.

This strategy has stood the test of time, and our company structure has proven to be both durable and successful. The concept of “hands-on principals” means that our clients know that their work will be attended to by one of our key people, distinguishing us from more conventional consultancy structures. We have deliberately created a blend of very senior engineers (each with decades of experience) with younger, highly talented engineers, giving us an unmatched depth of experience and continuity, whilst bringing creativity and flexibility to our mining solutions.

Our stable structure also means that we can offer continuity to our clients and this has enabled us to be the on-going technical core for a number of projects, even when the client is struggling to maintain its own staff continuity.

At every stage of your project, from grass roots exploration, feasibility, mining lease application, development and so on, we aim to maximise project value for you. Our geologists, geophysicists, geotechnical engineers, environmental scientists, coal quality and coal processing experts, mining engineers and financial evaluation experts are all highly regarded in the industry. Our cartographers capture the results of their work so that the essential elements of your project can be communicated comprehensively to your target audiences.

Whether your aim is to develop a new project, to buy or sell an existing property, or to optimise an existing operation, you can be confident that we at Minserve will not only do the job that you expect, but will go beyond your expectations and immerse ourselves in the task with a view to enhancing project value wherever the opportunity exists.
